The hotel offered great amenities like free Wi-Fi and an excellent breakfast. the location couldn't have been any better! We were walking distance from popular tourist attractions and shopping centers. On top of that, the staff were very friendly. They even offered us a complimentary New Year's Eve dinner!
The rooms could have been cleaner. We found some dirt and hair in the bathroom and the linens were not changed often.

The staff was fantastic, accommodating and went above and beyond to make my business trip as smooth as possible. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a great view of the city skyline from its high floor. the breakfast offered a wide range of tasty options, with freshly-made omelets and a good selection of fresh fruit.
The noise from outside could be quite loud and kept me up at night even though I was on a high floor. some of the junior staff struggled with their English, making communication a bit frustrating.
